Tasting Notes
An impressive discovery for me, Fiftyrow’s 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of fruit from Rutherford’s Morisoli Vineyard and LewellingVineyards (one of my favorite under-the-radar Cabernet estates). This pure Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a dense ruby/purple hue in addition to notes of white chocolate, black currants, earth and
a Pauillac-like cedarwood note. This is a fullbodied, exuberant effort with good texture, lots of purity, depth and richness as well as terrific overall balance. Robert Parker, Wine AdvocateWinemaking Notes
