Deep purple velvet in color, with a dusty nose of earth and graphite, our inaugural 2005 Cabernet is exceptional in its purity of fruit. Blackberry, cherry, blueberry, all spice, cassis and vanilla oak are beautifully integrated, creating a wine that is elegant and intense.
Winemaking Notes
Aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.
